Earth Day Clean-Up at Back Door Mission

As the snow melts away, it reveals all the little (and not-so-little) things our grounds need to feel cared for again. We’d love your help bringing some spring magic back to the Mission.
We'll be doing some litter clean-up, grounds tidying, and maybe a bit of flower planting and refreshing our outdoor spaces.

What to Bring

Work gloves, rakes, garden tools, outdoor brooms, large trash bags, trash grabbers if you have them — plus closed-toed shoes and clothing that keeps you comfortable in the weather.

Back Door Mission doesn’t have a budget for landscaping or beautification, so we rely on the generosity of our community. If you happen to have extra mulch, plants, soil, or other garden supplies, we’d be grateful to put them to good use.
